    Empty Roland Cartridges when full?

    I have an odd one here of my Roland VP running EcoSol Max inks. Just changed the black and magenta cartridges and they are both showing as empty in versaworks and on the machine. I’m thinking faulty chips on these cartridges? Haven’t got any spares but maybe able to get my hands on two new ones Friday.

    Anyone experienced this?

    P.S. Tried the obvious, taken them out and re-fitted, turned the machine off, checked the pastic tab etc.

    If you have the old ones screw the chips off those and change them over. Had this problem before and it worked perfect.
