    Hi Mark,

Yes, I’ve just received this also. Does this mean the service will improve?

I’ve been holding off buying from them for a while because of the negative feedback I’ve seen on the forum.

I still won’t buy from them untill I start seeing some good feedback on here

I’ve ordered a part from them last week – With hindsight should have bought it from the UK, as the postage was cheaper.

Will keep you updated how it goes…

    Guys

Why not just use Josero Spares?

Loic is a member of these boards and his company has almost all the items Digi Print was offering

Josero is UK based also so no waiting around for deliveries!

We have had over £600 in store credit from Digiprint (big fish) which has been removed from the digiprint website due to the "merge" I just been on the phone with Hugo from DIGIPRINT and what he has said Big Fish which was the owner of digiprint has gone into liquidation and therefore is why we lost that money when s-one has acquired the assets of digi print.

We never wanted the store credit but refund exactly for such a reason by as the case of getting the money back for what they could not supply and was on going for couple months we finally decided to accept store credit only to come to this fact now that the money has been lost anyway …..

Well we e-mailed them asking where our part was, and when we could expect it, no reply. And that was paid to BigFish.

I did choose to pay by PayPal after reading on here about their problems, so will get it back if needs be.

I have been advised to email finance dep. Total we are owned is £679.50 but I seem hard to believe of recovering that…

Shocking. They should be honouring store credit because it’s not like they made people aware they would lose it, and most of us are potentially on-going customers so there should be some goodwill.

I would suggest we all stop using them if a decent alternative is available. Maybe that Josero guy is worth a try?

Thanks for all the mentions and recommendations. We are currently working on improving the website as the shopping experience isn’t faboulous to say the least… if it says "in stock" then it’s in stock in Cambridge, if it says "call us" then we need to order it from the manufacturer or no longer available. In any case we don’t take your money unless it’s ready to ship.
Prices are not as low as digiprint, because the parts are original ones and Josero has been running for 16 years which can’t be done out of thin air…
We ship for next day delivery for orders received before 3pm. If you localish then you are welcome to pick up from the office, beleive it or not we work later than 3 pm 😆
I don’t want this post to be seen as an advert pushing the site so I’ll stop here, just thought a bit of info about us would be useful.

PayPal have refunded our money, after raising a claim. They didn’t even respond to their emails.

Mariusz that’s really really bad of them and feel sorry for you and others in the same position. They always insisted on giving a store credit with us rather than a full refund which we were entitled to but it became really draining dealing with that company. Fortunately we got out when we did (I think technically they owed us 60p but couldn’t be bothered with that naturally)

Never again will we deal with them – even under new ownership. What they’ve done is really bad and unpleasant business practice.

Any feedback on digiprint now they have been up and running this year?

Looking to place an order but only if service is now acceptable.

    Thanks

Same here Martyn, I’m about to order a head for one of my printers & they are currently selling a genuine roland head for an XR640 for £300 cheaper than Josero. I would much rather keep the business in the UK but that saving would cover the installation. Are they really genuine & can they really deliver it?

‘If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is’.
Will be a import from USA or somewhere, on special order, via horseback that will take 6months.

Ok, thanks for the nudge. My little voice said as much, I guess Josero win this one

    **update**

Placed an order in the end, week and half ago. Turned up today no problems.

Nothing too testing only swobs and spitting spunges.
