    Our installation of Signlab 9.1 went belly up yesterday, after a power cut.

    I’ve uninstalled the software, and tried to do a fresh install, but when I come to add the printer or cutter, I can’t.

    It wont find the drivers on the DVD’s provided, and when I choose the internet it throws an error:

    Windows Internet Error:
    The password was not allowed.

    Any ideas, as I’m without a printer until we get it up and running :shake:

    I’d call Cadlink. I’ve always found them to be very helpful in cases like this.

    I’ve had to e-mail their support team, seems their server is down, hence why I can’t download the packages to install the devices.

    Awaiting them to manually send me the current files, and I should be able to get back up and running.

    Back up and running.

    Signlab sent over the required packages, and I’m back installed.

    Issue with the plotter was that the resolution defaults to the wrong number, should be 254. :thumbsup:
