I have my cutting computer etc in a separate building from the house and couldn’t get the wireless to work in it from my house to many walls too far etc But I do have power from my house so I purchased a home plug
If you don’t know what this is it creates a network through your electrical power cables
I took the plunge and bought a Devolo dlan 200 AVeasy starter Kit 200 Mbit/s one with 2 plugs
Installation couldn’t be simpler plug it in run the software connect from the power socket to the back of my router in the house. Say which folders I am sharing done. In the cutter building plug in the second to a power socket and into the back of the network card on the PC run the software again decide which folders to share and that’s it really simple. There is an application you run called easy share run this on both computers and it finds itself no problem at around 50 to meters of cable give or take 10m I still get 50 Mbit/s so am well chuffed me. Course I had to go install virus software now on that PC but as it happens I got an email from my current one saying I was due to expire in a months time so had a look at prices for renewal. I use ESET smart with firewall internet protection etc etc I up graded to 3 computers for THREE years £78 i think it was good value for money.
So I can thoroughly recommend both products. If I am allowed to do that.

On the ones I have you just press a button on the modules and it gives you automatic security
