Windows 10 updates

I had the usual windows update message yesterday so at the end of the day I switched it all off and left. Have turned it on today to receive this message. I have no idea what to do. Google throws out the answers but I am afraid unless you are an IT person I am unable to understand it. Any ideas colective minds?

I’m no expert either mate, but a guess would say insufficient memory or PC performnce required to run it.

Just had a quick look at Grahams link and says something similar. but more correct than my guess!
