Just after some advice really on how lokng people let there ink heat dry for before returning the media to origin.

I’ve just printed some white ink and let it dry for 1 minute before returning to origin to proceed with cutting them out and on the way back its marked to white ink on the last 2 prints.

I’ve attached a picture of the problem.. Am i best letting it dry on the heaters for say 10 mins or is there something else i’m doing wrong?

    Thanks
    Matt

    Matt
i would be inclined to not use the rollers over the print just the side ones, or leave it for 10 minutes or so

This is the ‘problem’ with print AND cut machines unfortunately. You could try whacking the temperatures up on the front a little?

We have the same machine and in Six years have only ever used Two rollers.

white ink is quite a heavy load so i would have only used 2 rollers or printed with marks and left for several hours before cutting with extra rollers
as its not laminated only two rollers would have been fine imo
