Totally off topic but is anyone else tormented by wasps? Our units located just outside our town in the countryside so there’s no shortage of flying beasts. Hearts broke with them so decided it was time to wage war. Was in Poundland one day and bought a couple of the electric fly swatters. Not been overly impressed with their power (they did only cost £1 after all) I decided it was time to pimp them. 30mins with a soldering iron wired 2 of them together in series. Powered by 2x 3.7v batteries from our headlights it now packs a serious punch!!! Certainly gets rid of them with a bang!!! 26 today and counting [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] Time for a beer I think [emoji482][emoji482][emoji482]

It sounds like you may have a nest nearby David. Check all around the unit for signs of a nest

    How to find the nest:

Capture one wasp, and put it in the fridge for half an hour to slow it down.
When it is cold and sluggish, superglue about a foot of white cotton to one of its feet.
Let it go, and once it warms up it will fly back to its nest.
Follow it, it will be easy to follow with the thread, and it will be slowed down by it.

If the nest is underground, block up all the entrances except one.
Pour in a couple of litres of petrol and block it off
    do NOT light the petrol!

If the nest is in a house or anywhere else, call in a professional exterminator.
That is much more tricky to get rid.

Definitely going to have to get to the bottom of this. Better not show my 2 sons that trick Simon or they’ll be flying wasps like kites [emoji574]️[emoji574]️[emoji574]️[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

I would think thats the least of your worries David, certainly not if you’re building weapons of mass destruction before pub time[emoji95]
