I’ve used D60 (my first cutter) and now I’m using D120 Summa.
In similar cases my problem is fixed when I insert new blade.
Apart from this I rarely hear problems with Summa cutters.

EDIT: also check knife / cutter offset.

    check blade offset.

I think the original blades are a .38 (best check) offset, if you’re using smart knives I think they .45mm offset.

also check the overcut, I think mine is set to a small amount *2 in the settings (menu>system setup.overcut).

clean the grit roller and pinch wheels?

other problems might be more involved, suck as worn belts etc.

    Hi
I think the trouble was sticky bearings on the rollers,i took them off and put some silicone lubricant on them and it seems to be cutting fine now 😀
    Thanks for the tips
