recent job i did for my sister and brother in-law, They wanted to revamp their Dentist surgery and asked if we would do a design for the whole place

The Counter was Made from butler Dibond with stained Birch ply ribs, Black backed perspex top. The back wall has a hidden door actually ( Pity the Photographer forgot to shut the door :lol1: ) MD5 with overlam

ceiling feature formed from MDF and Dibond letters.

External plaque just a simple Dibond panel on locators.

Fret cut Dibond sign edge lit with Butler and Gold Dibond letters

Hope you like as it was done on a budget

    Ian

PS Photos are small as i haven’t got the orignals yet

I think that all looks brilliant Ian.

How did you get that curve on the mdf and on the diabond on the desk?

came up this this idea a while back with dibond for curving it , you can buy the MDF already done like this but i make it on the CNC.
Its just a series of lines 1.5mm deep into the dibond,
could be done on a table saw. CNC makes it very handy. makes it possible to form any shape easily but very simply

    Extremely classy and high-end looking.
I hate to go to the dentist, but I would go to this one just to look at your outstanding makeover.
But only if he gave me Valium and laughing gas like my dentist!
    😉
(I hate going to the dentist)
    Love…..Jill

The Ceiling feature is made from a timber frame and covered with MDF,

The Reception is in a new extension to the Building so wanted to carry the two parts together, so decide that the curved bit would pull you from the high ceiling to the lower section, worked well, especially with the welcome sign on it
