Soldark Media – Ink Pooling with SP540i
Hi Guys,
So I’ve got samples of the Soldark media from The Magic Touch, who say that I should print with TTRH profile, on Pre-press General, but the black especially is pooling horrendously.
I’ve since been testing all the other profiles and settings but with the same results.
Does anyone have any advice as to what the lowest ink use setting is, or how to perhaps deal with this?
I’m also speaking with the guys at TMT, who are being great but equally beyond telling us what they use they’re a little out of ideas.

have you tried that file and settings on standard print vinyl, is it a customer file or one you have created vector or bitmap.
