Hello, could anyone shed some light. I am running windows 10 with signlab 9.1. last couple of years and everything has been fine. Just lately when I open signlab and then open or import a file it is taking nearly 10 minutes. Same when I delete something the program just freezes for ages. The files are not even large, just a couple of lines of text some of them. Anyone else notice this. I have tried reinstalling the whole program and then downloaded the 9.1 upgrade but it is still the same. Thank you.

I’ve got the same set up but not those sort of long delays, all I get is a pause of a few seconds when importing or pasting, never had that with Signlab 5.

Cheers Gordon, Yes Signlab 5 was superb but I think greed has taken over hence windows 10 etc. Thanks all the same

I have Signlab 10, no issues with Windows 10. everything works quickly.
I don’t know about your version of Signlab, but I would check if there are any software updates/patches for it as it may well just be that is what is required?

Cheers Robert, I have installed the latest update, the next step would be to upgrade to version 10 but just cant afford it or justify it as I only cut vinyl, no printing. I wonder if uninstalling it completely and reinstall as opposed to installing over the old version would be better?
