    Hiya

Was just wondering if anybody could help me.

Ive just bought a new Graphtec fc8600-130 and have the drivers installed but cant get it to work in signlab.

you can open the plotter controls and change them through its program. and I have installed the driver in signlab al tho this is a fc8000-130 as there is now newer model in the drop down list but I have been told this should work. Im still running my Graphtec ce5000-60 but select the new plotter but it starts cutting on the ce6000

    any ideas?

    Thanks

    Martin

Thanks but I think it’s something to do with signlab. I’ve updated my signlab 8 so no joy there!

Hi Martin, I’ve not had two graphtecs connected via USB, but in plotting defaults > setup > port you should see two ports named Graphtec_CE-6000_USB001 and Graphtec_FC8600_USB002 (or similar), I am guessing that you have both plotters set to External.DLL and at present that is sending all data to the CE-6000.
Try changing the port on the FC to the graphtec USB port for that cutter.
