Have you got the rulers turned off?

Go to ‘view’ & ‘show rulers’ if you have. Or press alt & R.

    Hi Brian
the rulers work ok , but if you click and drag a box shape or click on a item , previously the size would be displayed at the top of the screen

You need to open the registry editor.

    Close your signlab first.

Goto start (bottom left) then run.

Type "regedit" in the dialog box, then click ok.

This will open the registry editor.

    Double click the folder "HKEY_CURRENT_USER"

Then double click the "SOFTWARE" folder.

    Double click the "CADLINK FOLDER"

You should then see a folder with a date on, double click that.

You will then see another "CADLINK" folder, double click that.

You will then see a folder "TOOLBAR INFO"

You need to right click this folder & delete it. Next time you open Signlab then everything should work as it did.

Sounds long winded but should only take a couple of minutes.

Sorry Simon, Signlab 7 will be the one (as that’s the version you are using) I have loads of versions on this PC & Most of them show dates & not version numbers.
