    Hello,

    I have a problem with the print cartridge white for Edge FX, there are folds in printing! You know what is the reason?

    Is it a refill or genuine.

    Just thinking if its a refill, it might not be installed correctly.

    This is a refill. Ok I’ll check.

    Crease on the foil, try winding a few inches of material and print again, it might just be slightly skewed.
