  • Printer spares supplier – solvent ink feed tubing

Does anyone know of a UK supplier of the 2mm (?) ink feed tubing – hard plastic – not like the silicone pump piping.

I’m needing to replace a few on the carriage head as they got kinked…so might as well do them all – and change all the o-rings etc at the same time.

Tried various ‘used machine sellers’ and they are either unwilling or unable to supply the tubing.

Standard stuff it would seem…but not readily available.

Rocky II / Opal Tiara DX4 heads and standard dampers.

    Thanks

why used, can you not buy new?
if the machines no longer made im sure the tubes will be pretty standard and used within other machines.

have you tried digiprint supplies or tech8?

By "used machine sellers" I mean people that refurbish used machines!!

A google search for "solvent tubing 2mm" brings up Digiprint first.

i am guessing i am missing the obvious, what does it matter if its a company refurbishing machines selling the tubes or a company selling new machines, or indeed selling a wide range of machine parts, selling the tubes? 😕

i would imagine the two companies i suggested would know which tubes your after and most possibly sell the same tubes for various machines.
as john says, digiprint would be a good start.
