Hi all, I have been asked to price a Merc tractor unit for a customer.
This is a first for me and want to price it right obviously. I’ve said i’ll try and give him some guide prices so that he can decide whether he wants just basic info or if he wants to go for a wrap.
Any help or pointers would be appreciated.

Do not under estimate the size of these things. Also get photo’s of the unit, as they usually have additional badges on them that the templates don’t show. Easily removed with heat, and some thread, but take tape to stick them back on. :thumbup2:

We quoted on a simple partial wrap on one, and really underpriced it, there’s a lot of concealed storage areas on some, and can take a while to post heat. We then installed another one for the same customer, without the wrap, and actually made more on that.

I’d say 1/2 a day minimum, and ideally a full day to install, as there’s lots of up and down ladders.

Knowing what we know now, we’d be looking for £350 upwards.

For the partial wrap on the truck we did, I’d want about £700, and for the more basic (layered vinyl) £350, probably on the cheap side but it’s the Mrs’s dads truck, and the company he works for 😳

Cheers David, under pricing is the big fear. I think it might be easy to think "they’re big flat panels, it’ll be dead straight forward"
