Pock marks, pooling..banding
We have just got some AP Y90 vinyl in and carnt seem to get our machine to print on it without nasty pockmarks, the black and red seem to be the worst..have tried every profile we have even banner etc and nothing works..machine is clean have tried 2 rolls and both the same..i put the other vinyl in and all is well again..any ideas..

yeah been there..said its a profile issue..but they dont have any profiles

Have you tried cleaning the material?

Initially, I would either turn the heat up, or slow the print down to see if that helped.

fed up with suppliers doing half a job.
if they say its a profile issue then they supply a profile or take it back.if its spotting then as said cleaning and heat help but as it don’t happen on your normal stuff throw it back

been back on to APA and they are sending another sample roll out of another material for us to try..guess you just got to speak to the right person sometimes..
