Hi Hugh
Grey 424 is C30 M29 Y19 K58
Not exact but similar
Not found red yet.

Not got 1797, closest in my book is 1795. That is C0 M96 Y93 K2.

Using corel – if you select these pantone shades from the pantone colour pallete then click on "edit properties" you can get the cmyk and rgb values for each pantone colour
Done this way – I get C=0 M=94 Y=94 K=6 for the red colour and K=65 for the grey

there is no greater accuracy then looking at a bridge book and making your own decision. (or using a reader lol)
However, based on Photoshop RGB using a european profile, this JPG will give you an idea of where the colours are.
So what are seeing is the Photoshop screen version of the pantone colours and Phills and Lorraine suggestions.
My advise is never use software, always use your own eyes or it will cost ya.
Many years ago I helped someone on the phone, i gave them a cross reference, they had lots done and cost hundreds when the colours were wrong.

And most importantly – when comparing swatches look at them in natural light as different light sources do make a big difference
