    Hi guys and girls

Can anybody suggest supplier for Pantone books, ours are a bit old and outdated and regularly getting colours that aren’t in our books.

    Cheers

While this thread has some attention, am I correct that it’s the coated swatch we should be working off of for printing?

Also, when ordering custom paint aerosols or getting paint mixed for painting built ups, is coated the best book to work off of also?

    Good point David…
Only yesterday I almost ordered the wrong colour because I didnt check the C or U at the end.
One was blue, the other was purple…

Bridge Colour series books will allow you to see CMYK colour on the guide along side the actual Pantone spot colour, this will give you a more accurate colour match for digital work.

Coated & Uncoated books are Formula guides for mixing printers inks.
