So we’ve always used 2 tables to put all our job sheets on like the 1st image but it obviously takes up valuable space. It took us a long time to think of a way to get them up on the wall in a way they were easy to move around and see at a glance and this is what we came up with.

We laser cut the side brackets which is held together with a piece of 19mm PVC, we bought in A5 poster holders, just the simple folded acrylic ones and we laser cut the end off one side so it’s easier to slip them in to, we glues each one in to our brackets and then fixed them to the wall. We made 12 of these in total and after a few weeks of using them they are actually very very good (if I can say so myself 😆 :blushing: )

Freed up 2 table spaces and is much more organised and flexible.

    Hope you like

    Nice!

We use Trello for our ‘job board’ but still have to print physical job sheets for some jobs. Our solution was to print them on bright yellow paper, so it stands out from everything else (experience taught me, it helps find them when they go in the bin!)

I wish we had the wall space to make something like that!

I have been looking into shopvox, it sounds pretty good.

Just out of interest James does the dashboard you spoke about visibly show if you are running ahead, on schedule or behind on any particular job?
