New Plotter for 300mic Laminate
Hi guy’s
looking to upgrade our plotter, of late we are getting a lot of work using 300 micron laminate.
We print with a Versacamm SP540i laminate back in to the versacamm and have cut at a force of 250 and 3 passes.
I know this is going to damage the versacamm as it is not designed for this type of work.
Our vinyl plotter is only 2′ wide so was thinking of changing it which would also help speed up workflow as the printer can print and the plotter can cut.
My problem is too many to choose from so just wondering what you use and the pros and cons.Joe

At those pressures and passes surprise you are not getting miss cuts and sounds like a flat bed could be a way forward
