nedd help with markup!!
Hi everyone
im on the scrounge for the answer to a pricing question 🙄
i may be making my first aluminium sign tray with posts soon and as this is my first i have no real idea what sort of markup i can charge on these?
say for instance the sign is 3×3 ft and costs me £130 with posts
and i use 2 metres of vinylI know how much i would charge for the vinyl on a van for instance but how much is acceptable markup on the ally?

I would mark up the cost of “bought in” components by adding 50% then add on the cost of the sign you will be applying to the panel along with the cost of installing the sign (based on hourly rate and materials).
As a rough guide, I normally find that done this way my final price ends up at around twice the cost of the components of a post and panel system.
