Where in the country are you? I would recommend Andy Broom in Midlands, Colin Tupman in the North and Julian Mildner in the South.

What’s the problem? Rockies aren’t my specialist area but I’ve done a few VJ’s….

It’s telling me to empty ink bottle then gets ready for ink load I put every cart in
Say both black, yellow, cyan then magenta

It will except all 7 carts but when I put the cart in it won’t except it and it says not original ink on the last cartridge. It doesn’t seem to matter which cart it is it won’t take last cartridge.

I thought it might be the cards but I’ve changed them and just the same.

(Just a thought does it make a difference if it’s a 6 colour machine as I’ve loaded it with 4 colours, I don’t think that make a difference though)
I bought it a deal with some other machines and don’t know anything about it, I’ve wanted a rock ever since they came out so it’s become a mission to get it working.

    Thanks Stafford

If the machine has been set up to run in 6 colour previously, you would need to tell it it’s a 2×4 colour machine now. Unfortunately I don’t know how to do that on a Rocky but it would probably involve emptying the existing ink set and filling with new. Alternatively, it could be the chip reader for the cartridge. It’s a little beyond me I’m afraid, probably best you speak with Colin Tupman, he’s the guy I use for all my jobs in the North, whether it’s Mutoh, Roland, Mimaki or Neolt. And a nice guy too. Look him up, his company is Cetech I believe.
