Does anyone have a media drifting problem when using pop-up media?
We’ve tried different medias (PVC / Polyester) to no avail!
Any ideas to why it only happens with pop-up media on long runs, say a 3×3 bay.
We use the take up reel, by the 4th panel it’s drifted over as far as 1" in some cases which causes the finished panels not to line up!!!!
Hybrid have been in to check the machine, they say all is good so we are very puzzled at the moment?????
    Cheers

So if you put a spirit level on the printer top, then the roll at the back when its on the machine and then the take up holder roll, you can confirm that all the measurements are spot on level?

is it the media that has moved sideways or the print has shifted but the media stayed in alignment.

    welcome by the way
