We have a Mimaki JFX200-2513 that we have been running for about 1 1/2 years. Lately we have been getting an error message that says Subtask Sens. It’s either the black or the #7 White. We turn off the main power for 10 minutes, and that usually makes the error message go away. Has anyone every seen this error message before? Is there anyone that can tell me what we should or could be doing to fix the problem?

    Hi Susan.

I believe the sub tanks on those machines have a magnetic float/sensor. The do have a tendency to stick every one in a while. I would suggest either replacing the sub tank or emoting and refilling it which I think you can do with individual channels from the maintenance menu.

Ok. I’ll try refilling the subtank. Thanks!
