    Hi everyone

I have printed some small decals on an HP Latex printer c/w hidden cut paths.
The problem is when I send these to cut the accuracy is off by approx 1.5mm
Now bearing in mind the decals have an even border all round they look $hit!!!

    Any ideas?

    Hi Kev.

Is it out by 1.5mm all round or in a single direction? It can only be a setup or calibration problem in my opinion, those things hardly ever go wrong.

The cut path is approx 1.5mm lower than it should be.

OK. When you set it to TP1 and let it go and pick up the register marks, does the blade end up EXACTLY on the corner point of the marker or is it 1.5mm out at this point?

It sits bang on the marks

Hmmm. Have you tried offsetting the job by -1.5mm in that direction in FineCut? I’ve got a couple of useful PDF files I can email to you if you’re struggling. Get in touch if so and I can send them to you….
