nope Jonathan they cant help looks like ill have to contact Graphtec themsells .The power supply board has power going to it but not the side that goes to main board .But that maybe a lower voltage thats no registering id rather get that board tested

I know you said you have it sorted now Brian but just for future reference the power board is a transformer, 240v AC going in but the voltage coming out will be low voltage DC, probably somewhere about 24V, much the same as any Laptop power supply, mains voltage in Low DC out 😆 😆
