Looking for a used L26500 Spare Wheel
Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone out there may by any chance have a used spare wheel for the foot of an HP 26500??
Had one of those days recently when everything was going wrong so should have known better than to lean the empty media spindle against the front of the printer!! It duly slid & fell the moment I left the room & broke the left-hand front wheel in half!! :bangshead: :bangshead:
Fortunately it’s still holding the machine up but I know the moment I try to move it the remaining bit will collapse.
The printer is getting on a bit now & no way I want to spend the £240 + delivery!! for a whole new foot if I can avoid it.
I’m not sure if the plastic wheels just slide onto the metal spigot or not & it’s obviously a hefty bit of machinery to try & lift just to have a look (I know that cos we manually lifted it through a bedroom window to get it in!!! :shocked: )

I would try a furniture accessory supplier etc depending on fitting size attached a link which may help you out

I think that may be a good way to go. Certainly a S**t load cheaper :thumbsup:
I might see if I can get a car jack under it to lift it up so I can get the whole foot off & have a better look at it to get the correct wheel size & fitting etc.
