    HI SBUK

Please if any can help. Im.pulling my hair out now.

Ive almost sorted the summa 750 out ive downlaoded winplot and im using adobe illustrator and i can get simple graphics ready to cut.

But it seems to stall and a box comes up saying cutter timed out is it offline. Ive not a clue ive got connected via parralel ports into the back of the tower. Ive also got serial port lead too. The cutter is on and is aware of the vinyl/media in place and sets up well. Its just that final bit of it talking to each other to cut.

    Please help

    Thanks in advance

I run my Summa via serial using Winplot and corel also using Signlab and don’t have problems. Ensure computer settings for the computer serial match those on the Summa.
