    Hi Chaps,
pretty new to the wide format melarky, so could do with some advice.
I know some of you guys run large amounts of stickers and we’ve been asked to quote on 100mm x 10k – is that a task for a wide format machine (epson scs40600)? If so what would you work flow be? To be supplied as laminated single stickers. We can perf but don’t want to do 10k! Cheers

We do stuff like this all the time. I would gang the stickers up 30 to view (6 across x 5 down), with crop marks, and put a border around to panel the sheets out. You could get 2 panels across a 1370 roll, which means you need approx 93-94m, including overs. We would then guillotine them into singles. If you don’t have a guillotine, see if there is a print finisher near you who would cut them for you. Your Epson should easily be capable of printing these.
