    Hi All

We’ve had a HP Latex 360 for some time and for the most part the length consistency between wallpaper or other long print tiles has been pretty good. We do get some slight variability but nothing to trouble us.

Thinking about replacing it with a 560 or 570 and just wondered if anyone else has one and how variable they find lengths between adjacent tiles?

What worries me is the they quote a length accuracy of +/- 1mm per metre length, further there is a lot of HP information around describing how to get good tiling results (almost as if its an issue to get good tiling).

If its as good or better than the current 360 then that wont be a problem.

    What do other find?

    Cheers
    Dave

    Hi Dave,
never seen a 360 in action, but we have a 560 for more than a year now and we are very happy with it. Have done a few wall paper jobs that required tiling and they were fine. I do agree there is a lot of info out there about how to tile for the best results, but we never had any issues, one of the wall paper jobs we did was for a 25m long wall, so quite few drops but it was great, couldent see any of the problems that they fear! We have been very impressed with the printer, the only problem we have encountered in year one, was in August we had alot of media sticking in the heater / curer, in the end the problem was the ambient temperature was too high, it was hotter than they normal working temps, other than that it has not missed a beat.

    cheers

    Dan
