    HP 26500 Media Jam restart printer

    Morning all, on start-up this morning the printer came up with media jam and I switched it off, removed media and started it up again with the same result of media jam restart printer, even with no media loaded. Anyone else had this problem and know the remedy for it.

    OK all fixed now thanks to the guys at Perfect Colours.
