  • How do I calibrate X and Y on a Graphtec FC8600

    Hi
I recently noticed that the X and Y cuts were not identical on my Graphtec.
To test this, I plotted a 600mm square, and measured both sides of the square.
The machine is short by just over 1mm over 600mm on the feed axis.

This is consistent, so there is no slippage.
Where is the adjustment for this anyone?
    Thanks.

    Manual is here: http://nepcosignsupply.com/store/pc/cat … 00USER.PDF

Page 7-13 from a quick search I’ve done of it.

May be easier to do a 1000x1000mm, to work out the % to scale it by.

You can also adjust it for the ARMS system, but that’s done differently, from memory using an A4 chart.

    That’s it David!
    Thank you so much.
