Help! New Summa D120 (1 day old) hits the right wall (VIDEO)

Good day.
To all new Summa users out there.
Can somebody tells me if this is normal?
Head hits the wall on the right. (apparently to find his 0 point)

The head hits the left wall to lift the thingymagig so the opus eye can read registration marks if it needs to. Im sure it hits the right one too to do something else.
Thats the technical reply, I’m sure someone will come along and make the explanation clearer.
PS It may do it the other way around so that the opus eye isnt damaged while cutting.

Thanks Steff.
This is a weird bang. I will be surprised if this is normal.
Do you have the same machine?

when i first watched it i thought it wasn’t picking up a Sensor on the right. Could that be a possibility?
It is a different Summa to ours, but looks a bit odd to me. -
After watching some videos on you tube, this bang to the right looks normal.
Weird.
But will have to live with it.
Cheers! -
Yes its normal, my 2 newer machines both do it. One bang opens the opus eye, the other bang closes it. It is so the opus eye isnt damaged while the machine is cutting.

Perfectly normal. Where did you get yours from?…im looking for another.

Hi Cheryl,
I sent you PM but not sure if you are receiving PM.
Sent it twice, but is showing twice in the Outbox and not in sent items.
