    Help needed sourcing this cable, please?

    hi
    done factory resetting, but once power on, some weird things show on the screen, it is supposed to be 1st photo,

    any idea why?

    it may be a cable problem? slightly damaged when it was pulled off.

    where I can this cable?

    Try Graphtec UK or Signmaster (that’s where I bought my CE6000)

    Have you checked the ribbon cable is seated properly at both ends & the retaining clips are shut properly, ribbon cables have a tendency to slip a bit & not sit squarely which causes problems. Seen it loads of times with laptop ribbons.
