    Hi everyone

Finally able to login and introduce myself at last.

I’m a relative newbie in the print industry having originally had a career in archaeological illustration which since graduating (1996) with a BSC Hons in Archaeology this role has taken me to various places including Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Turkey.

Worked for various organisations including the Museum of London but now I’m a Director of two companies A Design & Print Companyand A Consultancy Company .

3’S Company is primarily concerned with design and illustration for heritage projects and publications while the Design & Print is a new small company which specialises in Fine Art Printing using the Epson Stylus Pro 9600 and Epson Stylus Pro 4000. We hope to slowly build a portfolio of quality artwork from talented artists.

We are looking to move into the greetings card market and are currently in the process of designing some exciting ranges. Obviously, we can’t really print cards in quantity with the kit we currently have (although its good for mock-ups and colour) so we are on the lookout for a printer (when we can raise the cash) or print company to supply print services at a good price. If you know of anyone, get back to me!!

Anyway, enough about me, this forum looks great. Have already had some interesting reading even though I’ve only been on for 20 minutes or so, so I look forward to visiting regularly and having the opportunity to chat to you all.

    Warmest regards
    Steven Cheshire

(woops… just read the Board rules… so a little editing done… my appologies)

I think he looks like my cousin Matt.
Or maybe a young Jimmy Stewart!
I don’t care on which side old Rock buttered his bread,
    he was a handsome man.
I’m also glad to see any avatar instead of a copper head.
