Graphtec Cutter throwing a wobbly – Any ideas
Had a media jam earlier cutting some laminated print, freed the jam, and tried again but the test cut is terrible.
Changed the blade – Same result
Tried tangential modes – Same Result
Messed with the offset – Same ResultThe test cut scores OK when lower pressure, but when increased to cut through the print properly it throws a wobbly and doesn’t cut a clean test cut.
Any suggestions?

Spoken to Graphtec who were very helpful, and instantly knew the problem.
Removed the top cover, and loosened the screws holding the top bearings in place, then tightened back up, still a little play in the carriage but a fraction of what we did have. :thumbsup:
