    Ok I may or may not have dropped my plotter lol

    Sadly it’s not cutting properly anymore without manually putting pressure on the plotter head to keep it stable but even then it although it cuts the image properly it doesn’t leave it totally cut all the way through at points ie like it’s only perforated

    I’m hoping the head can be tightened up again somehow

    Anyone got any ideas?

    hi john, with the way you have described what its doin it sounds that the carriage where the plotter head runs is bent 😕

    If you can change the cutter to the pen do you get the same results?

    Right phoned up Graphtec, seems that the carriage head has a tension spring on top of it, loosened it off and re-tightened and job done… back to normal now 🙂
