Fluted board cutter. need a supplier?

fluted board or correx or whatever it is called. my knife is blunt and one of the teeth is about to come off.
i have had this for years, who still sells them and can i buy them in different sizes?
the one i have is great but useless for 10mm or 3mm boards.Mark Johnston replied 3 weeks, 3 days ago 5 Members · 10 Replies -

I think the 3mm and less would be too thin for the knife forks, Marc.
I could be wrong but the points of the forks would probably tear through the face. -
I feel I’m missing out on something what are these cutters???

I started using a correx knife, easily 20+ years ago. I saw them advertised in “Signs of the Times” magazine which I was subscribed to since around 1995. Anyway, they have been around a long time and I wouldn’t be without them. It’s just a handy low-cost tool that helps improve the look of the sign product and speeds up cutting time.
I posted pictures of mine on UKSB way back then along with the various uses for them and I remember that one of our members decided to buy one from the same place as I did and he loved it so much, that he became a distributor for them in the UK. I forget his name, sorry. 🙄The one I bought is the same style as the green one shown below.
This was the original version, but it had a white handle with a blue label with white text and I am positive they spelt the name Koro-Kutter rather than CoroCutter. -
This is the one I currently have, we have a couple in our tool store.
I buy them from MDP Sign Supplies
As Colin has said, I do not think they come in a size for cutting 3mm sheets. -
I do not know if SawTrax invented the original and then upgraded the look, but these handles with knuckle protector versions are made by them and appear to be the most common these days.
SawTrax also offers the 10mm correx sheet cutter.
They also offer an “all-in-one” solid blade, which would definitely prevent the issue you are having with the rivet, Mark.-
The ‘solid’ type is what our guy ground down to fit 3mm flute 🤣 worked for a while before snapping!
