    Sorry guys just to add to the question the other day, now that suppliers are clean out of floor laminate what are people using as a heavy alternative? Or just winging it with matt lam? I kbow matt lan will da a job but just wont last the abuse.

    Im not doing enough to go buy full rolls as im not oushibg it, its more for regular customers

    I personally, would only use floor laminate with an R slip rating, otherwise you or your client may be open to legal action if someone is injured by slipping on the graphic. It’s your choice, but something to be aware of. If it’s only small quantities, maybe think about subbing out.

    If it’s not got a suitable R rating, I wouldn’t be using it. End of.

    As Jamie said, if it’s not huge numbers, sub it out, assuming you trust the printer to use to correct material.

    I totally agree, i would not be putting work out without the proper material being used, i was just wondering was there another heavy duty material out there

    To my knowledge, there isn’t anything else suitable, although I may be corrected by a supplier. Basically, the material needs a slip rating, and if it doesn’t have one, I wouldn’t put it on a floor.
