  • Flexisign Colour Channel Advice, printing with Roland SP300v

Posted by Robert Neill on September 6, 2019 at 2:19 pm

Been trawling the various sections trying to get an answer this with no joy. So I am now asking the question to see if anyone can help.

Using Flexisign 10, Printing with a Roland SP300v. When I got RIP & Print, the production manager page comes up (fine), you then have all the various tabs to make your adjustments (fine), the colour adjustment tab, which allows you to set percentages for the CMYK channels. Should they all be at 100% or not ? Plus I don’t quite understand what the ‘output’ & ‘input’ actually are ?

Hope this all makes sense and someone know what I am talking about and can advise lol

    Thanks

Hi robert, Have you watch the flexi sign you tube video on colour management? It helped me sort out my sp300 colour issues.

But I thought the whole point of icc’s was for settings for individual paper types ?

Yeah but if you find one for a similar vinyl i.e avery etc the settings are very similar to what it would be for metmark
