Does anyone know of any good deals for Signlab? I only need to cut vinyl, no printing. Currently use Corel but I like some features on Signlab better.

    Cheers

you can buy signlab in modules, dont need full package for just cutting.
he will see you right on a good board as he is a uksg supplier. 😀

Hi Robert, I was speaking to him the other day when I ordered the latest outline disk. I’m sure Edward Mathias were doing it slightly cheaper when I last spoke to Harry. I’m looking for the cheapest possible deal as i’ve been shelling out money right left and centre the last few months.

Flexi are starting a subscription model apparently. Approx £20 a month for the design package

Sorry thanks for the replies. I never had time to reply as I’ve been way too busy lately. I spoke to Brian at Impact who has offered me a good deal. I’ve downloaded the trial version and I’m currently trying to get grips with the layout and features before deciding to invest or not.

i dont know if it now comes with them, but be sure to check out the tutorial videos on signlab as it will make faffing about blind much less a task.

I managed to get that design done the way the customer wanted it using Signlab. I really like the transform tool with the outline, shadow etc but I don’t like the old fashioned look of the software. When designing everything seems really jagged like a poor quality bitmap even though it’s a vector, is there anyway to sharpen preview images without having to zoom in all the time?

Probably too late now but I just got Signlab 9 cut pro for £300 (+vat) from Granthams in Preston.
