  Hello people, hoping someone can help here.

  I got this plotter in 2004 and its never once let me down. I rarely use it maybe 1 a week. Today when cutting ie; a letter at 100mm it cuts it elongated to a height of 230mm. I have done nothing different to this and tried it with different machines to rule out the cutting software but to no avail.. Also circles cut as ovals..

  I am sure this is the machine at fault and also contacted creation direct hoping they can answer the question.

  Does anyone know how to reset the plotter within the user face etc.
