Client questioned our pricing – thoughts needed please?
We have recently done some roll up banners for a local business.
We had previously done 3 for them, at £110 each + vat (standard 2000mm x 850mm)
We did another 4 for them, but to save a bit of cash for them, re-used the previous 3 cassettes. We charged £85 for these ones (completely covered in print) basically giving them £25 each for the cassettes.
Now we have billed them, they think £85 is expensive. Could I please have anybody’s thoughts on this please? Is it expensive?

Depends on your market,but we charge between £100 and £120 plus VAT for full roll up and £70 plus VAT for reprint only
