    CJV30 Cutting Issue

    Hi,

    I’m having trouble cutting with my CJV30… basically if I have a small cut, say a single word about 20cm across, it cuts fine. However, if there is more information to process, when the progress bar comes up showing the percentage it stops at about 60% and says "no response from the plotter. Check whether the plotter is in remote mode and in the correct communication"

    It’s connected fine, it seems like the issue is with my pc processing the information?!

    Anyone had this problem or have any ideas?!

    Changed some of the settings in fine cut and appears to work now!
