cant drop and drag photos into signlab

can in corel – but not signlab

have done before – but something going on

I’m not sure it works in mine, used to, but I’ve found after the last update in V8 mine will not do shadows properly, used to do them great on just about ant font, now it just sits there for ages then does a real hotch potch of shadows on the text with some not done at all, others are filled in and some are ok.

So is this since an update?

steve – thinking about it – we did update a few months ago from version 1 to version 13

i phoned cadlink to send new disks down which we have reinstalled but the problem is still there

is there anyone who can click and drag into signlab vinyl pro 8 build 13

Just tried in V9 and V8 build 11 both drag and drop ok. Even tried it from wireless network drive.
