    Good Morning all,

I have a problem with both of my JV33’s with print length.
One is a 7 yr old JV33-160 and the other is a 3-year-old JV33-130. Both are very well maintained and heads in perfect condition with no deflected nozzles at all.

We have noticed that prints of 2m+ are not coming out at the correct length. The 130 has an error of +6mm on a 2m print and the 160 has an error of +13mm on the same 2m print. The feed setting is on 0 for both machines and I have run prints with and without the take up. Still we have the same problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions of things we can tr?

    Wow, that is far out!!

Have you tried with and without heat? Other media types? There is a 500mm square test in #TEST in service mode that might identify your fault.

    Thanks Stafford,

I managed to get the 130 back in line last night by taking it way out of calibration in feed comp and then back to where it should be. Now at perfect length. Just the older 160 is not playing.
