    Hi All
I have been asked to provide some graphics for this vehicle. The design is a green background, black text and the outline of an Oak tree in white.( see PDF)

The bare ali sits proud of the pick up base unit. My client wants the whole area covered as they want to lose the two tone finish. The roof is removable but the catches are welded in place.

I was wondering if it was just worth getting some ali composite printed , like a hoarding board, and fixing that to the existing frame work with holes for the catches or to apply a green vinyl to the separate sections and then apply the text and design.
    The sides are 2800 x 1500

I know there are spelling mistakes in the artwork, this is their ideas for me to work from.

Many thanks in advance for your help.

    Iain

    Personally, I’d apply vinyl directly.

cheapest way is to flood coat the lot in green vinyl and apply cut vinyl graphics.

green composite (not hoarding) with the cut vinyl graphics on top would be a much better finish.
get your supplier to cut the sheet to size and cut the notches out with a jigsaw and tech screw or rivet it in place.

Of course green composite!! That’s the way, to busy with other things to simplify my thinking.
    Cheers for the input.
