Banner Price
Posted by Nicholas Gormley on October 1, 2012 at 3:20 pmHi all, Customer is looking for a banner 16ft x 8ft on 500gsm PVC and I’m not sure what to quote for supply. I know my cost but not sure what the going rate is for banners as I don’t do too many. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

not sure about the others but I charge 3.25 per ft hemmed and eyeletted

I’m about £25 a meter for 1300 width so that would be 10 meters total only £250 from me plus the VAT … £400 seems a bit steep for a banner

quote John Harding:£450 all day for me 😀
I guss you would be working all day for that money! 😮

No mo I’d sub it out that size so almost nowork at all 😀

I’d be around the £425 mark +VAT.
Would also look at subbing that out as I print 5ft wide.

Seriously guys? £400 plus VAT????
£60 worth of (quality) materials (inc ink) and 2 hours work (assuming no artwork to do of course) ….. £340 profit??????
Bloody hell, am I selling myself short? I do about 50 meters of banners a week (1200 x 1000) at those prices I would be making £1700 for 2 days work… I’m no shirker, but I couldn’t justify that price to a customer and would only need to work 2 days a week and go home the rest!

£250 for us and would be happy to do these all day long at that price
