    Artpath dongle not working

    Help.. I am using a Spandex system 48 plus now converted to a AR400 and running Artpath / gerber 2.6 on WinXP which all of a sudden can’t locate the security dongle I have just got a another PC (same spec) and same problem when loading software so seams to be the Rainbow / SuperPro dongle has packed in can anyone suggest what my options are as I don’t think I’ll be able to get Spandex to help here is there any other software I can use or can these dongles be fixed? I have to get this machine back up and running quickly so maybe a trail / 30day could buy me some time I do also have a full version of engravelab v9 so maybe this may run it ..any help would be really appreciated but not looking to rip out the control panel etc as seams abit drastic for a security dongle issue
